I have read and agree to the Caribbean Tides Customer Agreement, Terms & Authorizations and Privacy Policy presented to me.


I authorize Caribbean Tides to purchase approved merchandise on my behalf using my customer-funded Merchandise Authorization.


I understand that merchandise, shipping/freight, travel, special handling, and third-party costs are separate from Caribbean Tides service fees unless expressly stated.


I understand that estimates are not guarantees and that retailer prices, taxes, inventory, freight, and third-party charges may change.


I understand the cancellation, return/refund, substitution, shipping, lost/damaged merchandise, and special-cargo rules.


If I am a member, I understand that unused monthly Shopping Requests and included sessions DO NOT ROLL OVER and are subject to store, route, merchandise-value, time, and cargo limitations.


I understand that bulky, oversized, heavy, fragile, palletized, or special cargo may require additional fees or a custom quote and is not included in standard membership Shopping Requests.


I confirm that the order information, delivery information, Shopping Request, approved budget, and substitution instructions I provided are accurate.
